The journal began its publication on Bi-Monthly, June-2018, Year, and it is monthly publication (6 issue Per year). It is academically designed for all physicians, Medicine practitioner, health researchers, and health care professionals, regardless of their medical specialties, or type of employment.
International Journal of Advanced Medicine (IJAM) seeks to provide health care professionals with high-quality medical research evidence from both developed and developing countries, to help them gain a broad understanding in their areas of interest, and to provide valuable perspectives on the practice of medicine, so as to improve health care delivery and patient outcomes.
International Journal of Advanced Medicine (IJAM) covers a broad range of research topics in the areas of biomedical sciences, clinical medicine, community medicine, medical ethics, and medical education. It primarily publishes original research papers but also welcomes papers on systematic review/ meta-analysis and the application of research evidence in health care practice (i.e. evidence-based practice).
International Journal of Advanced Medicine (IJAM) recognizes the under-representation of medical issues impacting populations in the developing world in the international peer-reviewed journals. Therefore, the editors of the journal encourage authors from developing countries to submit and publish their research work in this journal.

Archiving : This journal utilizes the LOCKSS system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries and permits those libraries to create permanent archives of the journal for purposes of preservation and restoration.
